Burnt Ember

Originally created as the display centrepiece for the launch of the new House of the Dragon jewellery collection, Burnt Ember has now evolved into a standalone sculptural artwork.

Hand-carved from solid timber, each panel captures the movement of fire frozen in time. Soft, flowing contours catch the light from every angle, revealing subtle highlights across the charred black finish while preserving the natural character of the wood beneath.

Designed as a triptych, the three panels work together to create a continuous sense of movement, inviting the eye to travel effortlessly across the composition. The deep black finish evokes scorched timber and cooling embers, balancing strength with elegance.

Every piece is individually crafted and can be commissioned in bespoke sizes, layouts and finishes, making each installation unique to its space.
